Very pleased. Diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it. Ordered a part and immediately scheduled the repair when part came in. On a different occasion, a situation arose while driving. Drove straight to him; and Jean diagnosed and worked with me to get the parts and quickly replace the damaged part. On a third occasion, son’s vehicle had sudden issue. Took it to Jean who immediately checked it out. In the process, he discovered a huge hole in a tire that was about to blow (4 inch area where treads were already extensively visible and would not have been noticed because it was on the inside of the tire that has great tread everywhere else). He helped us get all the problems handled immediately so my children were in a safe vehicle. A very patient, kind gentleman who showed us what he discovered to validate his findings and worked with us to take care of the problems.
